Shannon L. Haines

Shannon Haines has extensive experience in a broad array of commercial real estate areas, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing, leasing, and in-depth title review, both as an attorney and as a business professional. Shannon’s experience as a business professional and as an attorney allows her to provide a balanced and efficient perspective in her practice, whether she is representing a seller, purchaser, borrower, landlord, tenant, investor or principal.

Shannon has negotiated a myriad of purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint ventures documents, loan documents, and is well versed in the review of title with regard to commercial real estate. She has represented clients in the acquisition of commercial property with unique requirements regarding the ownership of the property’s syndication for tenants-in-common ownership.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Shannon worked for TrizecHahn Centers, Inc. for several years in the disposition department and the finance department. Her experience on the business side of the table includes performing due diligence associated with the disposition and refinancing of commercial retail shopping centers valued in excess of $100 million. Shannon also served as a member of the disposition team on the Trizec $2.2 billion portfolio sale of over 22 regional shopping centers to The Rouse Company and to Westfield.

Prior to joining TeelRoeperHaines, Shannon was an attorney in the real estate department of Higgs, Fletcher & Mack, LLP.
