Kevin E. Teel

A founding member of the firm and now of counsel to the firm, Mr. Teel is involved in commercial real estate law, with an emphasis in the representation of developers, lenders, owners and operators of real estate and real estate-oriented businesses. His practice includes all aspects of purchase, sale, financing (including construction and permanent loans), leasing (including ground and build-to-suit leases), development and construction of commercial property. Mr. Teel also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with the workout of troubled loans secured by real property and the management and disposition of REO properties.
